1 room house of 61 m² in Elena

I am renting a house - an apartment in the town of Elena. The house is on two floors with four rooms. It is located on 84 Ivan Momchilov Street, opposite the ”Rakavichkatkan” store (next to the kindergarten). There are air conditioners in all rooms, but you can put fireplaces or wood-burning stoves (the chimneys work). There are four rooms on the second floor, and two rooms and a basement on the first floor. It is rented by the owner! Rental conditions: 1. The entire house (unfurnished) with the yard is rented long-term. 2. Separate rooms can be rented, but without claims to accommodate other people in the free rooms. 3. You pay two rents in advance (one rent and one deposit) and move in. 4. Electricity and water are paid separately from the rent every month.
