On the second floor there is a newly built bedroom with a view, a sofa bed and mattress, there are two small side tables and linen with quilts and blankets. The bathroom is also newly built with a shower cabin, all the necessary things for cleaning (buckets, basins, sticks, detergents) and use (towel, hangers, etc.). There is also a large double room for a living room or bedroom. With two mattresses with a luggage compartment, a large table with chairs, a small glass table, a section with cabinets, a desk, a refrigerator, a Samsung TV. It is heated with air conditioning and, if necessary, with a convector radiator. The garden is maintained by us (it is not rented out for planting). You can use the barbecue with a corner outside for a beer. There is also a summer playground. It is lit from the outside and there is space for parking in the yard or outside. There is a large, good-natured, male guard dog. When renting, one rent is due in advance for a deposit and 50 BGN. additional deposit for cleaning upon departure (if it is cleaned, it is returned).
